     TRACT 1 is all planted to 2025 corn and will be harvested this fall, and the crop will be retained by the tenant.  TRACT 2 is planted to 2026 wheat and the crop will be retained by the tenant.  Possession of both properties will be after the crops are off.  The Seller will retain ½ of the mineral rights perpetually.
